Carved from 15 acres on a heavily wooded hillside, Sentinel Estates began by clearing less than half of the woods to create ten generous homesites meant to accommodate luxury custom homes.  Homesites range from three-quarters to five acres and all walk out to expansive lower levels.  Each homesite is wrapped in wooded, private vistas and all but one site affords a view of the Downtown Cincinnati skyline.
